Design and implement shareholder engagement strategy to maximize investor support at the Annual Meeting

Develop engagement materials, including investor presentation, talking points and Q&A to best position the company with investors and proxy advisors and support all aspects of shareholder engagement

Conduct engagement prep sessions providing insight on a shareholder-by-shareholder basis

Create Board materials synthesizing engagement feedback and advise on responsive actions, as needed

Assist company in drafting CD&A and developing narrative to secure investor and proxy advisor support at Annual Meeting

Respond to ISS/Glass Lewis analysis by drafting rebuttals and supplemental proxy materials, as needed
