Design and help execute a tailored engagement program for productive normal course shareholder engagement

Conduct a governance and and sustainability analysis to identify any areas of exposure or opportunities and advise on plan of action

Develop all engagement materials, including investor presentation, talking points and Q&A

Lead engagement prep sessions, providing insight on a shareholder-by-shareholder basis

Create Board materials synthesizing engagement feedback and advise on responsive actions, as needed

Draft proxy statement key messaging and relevant sections to drive investor support
