Prior to co-founding Anteris, John was a senior member of the Governance, Sustainability and Executive Compensation Practice Teams at PJT Camberview. He was previously an investor at Partners Capital. John began his career in the M&A investment banking group at Goldman Sachs.

Prior to joining Anteris, Shannon spent over a decade at PJT Camberview during which she was Head of the Corporate Governance Practice Team. Shannon is on the Board of the Society of Corporate Governance’s Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii chapter. She began her career in management consulting at IBM and later in investment banking at GCA Savvian and MESA.
Shannon holds a BA, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
Maddie has 8+ years experience advising public & private company executives on complex shareholder matters.
Prior to joining Anteris, Maddie worked on firmwide ESG strategy & reporting and investment & portfolio value creation matters as part of Bain Capital's ESG team. She began her career focused on activism defense, governance, sustainability, and strategic communications at PJT Camberview.
